 REGISTRATION  Package Description

The registration fee will cover:
  • LORI-V proceedings and conference materials
  • Welcome banquet on October 28
  • Farewell banquet on October 31
  • Lunches from October 28 to 31, 2015
Hotel rooms NOT included

To encourage graduate students, those whose papers are single-authored and are accepted will be exempt from the registration fee. And, up to 10 students will also have free accommodations during the conference dates. But, you need to register and pay the registration fee. We will reimburse you when you attend the conference..
